Online Therapy & Insurance

Online Therapy

It’s difficult and overwhelming to get out of the house for a simple errand that used to take 10 minutes. I don’t want you to get worked up before or even cancel a therapy session because it was too much to leave the house.

While I’m based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, my practice is virtual and I offer therapy sessions to clients who live in the state of Oklahoma. I started a virtual practice to eliminate the need for you to commute each week for an appointment. I love that my clients can have their sessions in a comfortable spot at home, in their office during lunch, or even outside. You just need a private space to concentrate and not be overheard.

I have provided virtual therapy for years and have experienced the effectiveness for clients. It also has research showing effectiveness and change in clients! I use a secure, HIPPA-compliant platform (Simple Practice) to ensure privacy during our sessions.

Olivia Pham, LMFT, PMH-C provides online therapy to millennial moms in Tulsa, OK who want to be less anxious.

You are worth the investment of time and money.

Insurance Information

I don’t accept insurance because of their rules and regulations on how I provide therapy to you. You get more privacy and control in our work together.

You have a right to the highest level of privacy and security possible. Insurance requires that I provide a diagnosis, and at times provide my notes. I’m not comfortable putting my clients and their information in that compromising position. You are worthy of specialized care for your pain points and goals, not a company telling you how many sessions you can have or how long those sessions can be.

However, I know that therapy is an investment in yourself and your family. The sacrifices we make are so difficult as mothers, partners, and humans. You are worth the investment of time and money. That’s why I have enlisted the help of Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions.

If you qualify, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge a 5% fee per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year.

Note: Mentaya's goal is to save you time and money. It's completely optional, and as your therapist, I do not benefit in any way from your participation.
